Mr. Rudolph has served at multiple community health centers and Federally Qualified Health Centers. He looks forward to partnering with Dr. Harutyunyan and the rest of the Apex Community Health Center’s team to oversee financial operations and support their efforts in improving patient care in the underserved communities of the San Fernando Valley.

John Paul Rudolph holds an accomplished professional career with over 16 years of experience in finance and operations. He has held key roles across diverse businesses and nonprofits, consistently generating double- and triple-digit growth while maintaining or improving quality and experience.

John Paul spent 8 years in key roles for a Denver nonprofit, growing the organization from $6M to nearly $60M in revenue. In the subsequent years, he consulted many organizations across diverse industries, delivering $30M+ in revenue growth and $5M+ in profit.

As the CFO of Apex Community Health Center, Mr. Rudolph oversees financial, accounting, and revenue cycle functions. As a key officer of the organization, he partners with the CEO and other officers to implement financial and billing policies and strategies across the organization.

Mr. Rudolph relocated to the greater Los Angeles area in 2016, having previously lived in Colorado and Illinois. He is sensitive to the needs and perspectives of the diverse population.
